Who Is On the GO Delivery and Courier?
On the GO was orignally designed in Dec 2019 to fill a need for reliable and professional delivery. When COVID started, we redesigned the business to better assist the local businesses and customers. OTG worked with Haldimand-Norfolk Health and Social services to provide essentials to Seniors, the disabled and any one that required assitance. We lowered all of fees to make it easier for individuals to get what they needed from our local businesses. After COVID, we slowly (Over 2 yrs) raised our fees back to what they were before.
We are a Family owned and localy operated business. Megan, The owner and her family, are long-time residents of Norfolk County and have been involved in many local events and clubs including St. John’s Ambulance.
All of our drivers and staff live in, work and shop in SImcoe and Norfolk County. This means that they we all have ties to our communties directly. OTG also gets involved in many local events to support our communites.
At On the GO, we have many different services available to customers and businesses. We still rely on live dispatchers and customer support. Our staff is ready to hear from you.
